Job summary

Capio Group, a California-based IT consulting firm, seeks an experienced Solution Architect to drive data and AI/ML initiatives in the IDW architecture. You will accelerate GenBI, AI/ML deployments, and analytics across Snowflake, AWS, and related platforms, while aligning with governance and security policies.

The role is full-time in Sacramento, with a focus on UI/UX for dashboards, automated testing, and end-to-end cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in IT with senior technical/lead experience.
• 10+ years SDLC leadership across solution deployments and stakeholder collaboration.
• 7+ years AI/ML use case design and implementation.
• 5+ years cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) in large environments.
• 2+ years in AI infrastructure, GenAI patterns, and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics dashboards using UI/UX best practices with React, Streamlit, and Chainlit.
• Leverage Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, and other OOB APIs to accelerate use cases.
• Develop automated tests for Text-to-SQL accuracy and model reliability.
• Lead prompt engineering and model tuning for AI/GenBI platforms.
• Prototype AI/ML models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Apply dbt, dimensional modeling, and cloud ML platforms for scalable pipelines.
• Implement containers, orchestration, CI/CD for ML/data workflows.
• Monitor, tune, and log AI/ML/GenBI solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Ensure cost, security, and governance across IDW ecosystem; mentor teams.
