Blue Cross NC is seeking a senior AI/ML scientist to identify, research, and develop predictive, prescriptive, and GenAI solutions that translate data into sound business decisions. • Own delivery of ML/DL/GenAI systems with self-learning capabilities.
• Design, implement, and evaluate AI systems for production use.
• Apply prescriptive analytics to business problems.
• Lead development and testing of ML algorithms; conduct experiments.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and adapt methods.
• Benchmark against existing methods and identify improvements.
• Develop prototypes and PoC implementations for new AI tech.
• Lead sessions with partners to align AI approaches with goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new techniques.
• Leverage software engineering principles in ML model construction.
• Identify insights and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
