• Lead the development and testing of ML algorithms, design experiments, analyze data, and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and adapt methods to solve business problems.
• Benchmark against existing methods and analyze results to identify improvements.
• Develop prototypes and PoC implementations to demonstrate new AI technologies.
• Lead consultation sessions with business partners to distill needs and align AI approaches with goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with novel techniques and refining models.
• Leverage software engineering principles in constructing sophisticated ML models.
• Identify actionable insights and communicate results to cross-functional groups.
