Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Sr. Manager, Technical Delivery to lead the Professional Services team and guide AI/GenAI migrations on the Snowflake platform. You will mentor a growing team, shape delivery methodologies, and partner with customers and SI partners to realize business outcomes.

You will design and oversee complex engagements, advise executives, and drive successful production deployments while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams across customer accounts.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience with customers in pre-sales or post-sales technical roles.
Minimum 5 years of people management experience with mentoring and coaching teams.
Minimum 5 years selling professional services and scoping large projects with SOI.
Proven experience guiding enterprise customers on data strategies for GenAI engagements.
Extensive hands-on experience with SQL and data processing technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects and Consultants.
Oversee design, implementation, and deployment of AI/GenAI solutions on Snowflake.
Drive project scoping, pricing services, and creation of statements of work.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve offerings.
Present methodologies and capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
