Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate for the AI/ML Solutions Team in New York. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business partners to deliver scalable, governance-focused capabilities, with Databricks as a key integration point.

You will help define the product roadmap, analyze metrics, and craft user stories while balancing user experience with technical feasibility and business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows and integrations.
• Experience designing user-centric interfaces balancing usability with governance.
• Strong collaboration and communication across technical and business teams.
• Awareness of compliance, security, and governance in AI/ML product development.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product Manager to identify new product opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications of features on the product experience.
• Support collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyze product metrics including time, cost, and quality across the lifecycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap for AI/ML lifecycle management.
• Assist with discovery, research, market analysis, and benchmarking to uncover needs.
• Support backlog maintenance and prioritization for timely engineering releases.
• Help design a user-friendly interface for teams to manage access and lifecycle events.
• Track product success metrics and ensure scalability, reliability, and governance.
