Job summary

Chase is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to unify data talent and optimize Conversational Insights and Coaching products. You will conduct end-to-end analyses, develop SQL/Python code, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Join a fast-paced, cross-functional team implementing causal inference, ML, and NLP techniques to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or STEM; 6 years analytics experience or a Master’s in a related field.
• Solid programming skills in SQL and data wrangling with visualization tools.
• Experience with AWS, Spark/EMR, and modern ML/NLP concepts.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end data analysis to enhance LLM and GenAI model performance across AWS and on-prem environments.
• Transform datasets, automate reporting, and perform driver analysis to improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and production data integrity.
• Create clear insights for peers, executives, and business partners.
• Investigate data collection and production issues; document outputs clearly.
• Develop SQL and Python codebases and document data dictionaries.
