Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Claims, Disputes, Fraud and Operations to leverage user research and metrics to guide product development. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive AI-enabled features, automation, and improved customer value across the product lifecycle.

You will contribute to discovery, define requirements, and write epics and user stories while advocating for data-driven decision making and efficient delivery within an enterprise financial services

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on with modern development environments like VSCode or BMAD.
• Familiar with AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Experience in agile teams and using agile delivery frameworks (e.g., ADF).
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 3+ years of product management or relevant domain experience.
