Job summary

Chase is seeking an Analytics Solutions Summer Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Focused Analytics Solutions Team to deliver data-driven insights and AI/ML solutions that drive transformation and improve decisions at scale.

You will define project strategy, own day-to-day execution, and collaborate with data scientists, stakeholders, and senior leaders to craft compelling narratives and scalable, user-centered solutions using SQL, Python, and Tableau, with exposure to Gen AI

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree program with expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Demonstrate experience using data to answer business problems effectively.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable, data-driven insights and AI/ML-enabled solutions informing business decisions and improving experiences at scale.
• Manage day-to-day project execution: define impact, scope, requirements, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead discovery and design work using consulting and user-centered practices to address right problems with scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment to risk and control procedures throughout delivery.
• Partner with data science teammates, providing guidance tied to business objectives and conducting exploratory data analysis as needed.
• Present complex technical approaches through clear narratives and materials for senior leadership.
