Job summary
Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a major Sponsored Search product area. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and build AI/ML capabilities to improve shopper intent understanding, ad quality, ranking, and personalization at scale.
You will collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to ship data-driven products, drive end-to-end delivery, and influence senior leaders across functions while delivering sustainable growth for Walmart.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 7 years PM experience.
- Alternative: 9 years PM or related experience.
- Experience with data-driven product development and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Walmart Connect Sponsored Search.
- Build AI/ML and platform capabilities with Data Science & Engineering.
- Lead end-to-end product development from problem definition to launch and iteration.
- Influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders to align priorities and drive decisions.
