You will define success metrics, evaluate innovations, and influence roadmap decisions through rigorous analytics and experimentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field with relevant analytics experience.
- Alternative: 6 years of data analysis, data science, or statistics experience.
- Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or consumer product analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics across end-to-end Search product experience (query understanding, retrieval, ranking, personalization, UI/UX).
- Define search health metrics and measure customer experience and business impact.
- Design and interpret rigorous experiments (A/B, multivariate, Bayesian) to guide product changes.
