Walmart Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy across related products, shaping long-term vision and lifecycle management from ideation to launch.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and mentor peers while driving data-informed decisions and best practices in an AI-enabled environment. You will influence cross-functional teams, balance customer needs with business value, and identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve planning and execution across
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product strategy across related capabilities, translating complex enterprise problems into product opportunities and outcomes.
- Own product vision, roadmaps, and priorities, balancing customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and strategy.
- Drive enterprise decisions using product data, customer insights, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead across Product, Design, Engineering, Strategy & Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and emerging technologies to transform how Product teams plan, decide, and execute.
- Influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity, creating clarity and alignment around complex product decisions.
- Raise the bar for Product Management, mentoring PMs and defining best-in-class product practices in an AI-enabled world.
