CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-powered analytics for clinicians. You will own requirements, coordinate data science and engineering, and drive end‑to‑end product delivery with a focus on clinical value and ROI.

You’ll collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to productionize AI/ML products, shaping workflows and policies that improve patient care across CVS Health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional work with ML engineering and data science.
• 2+ years in product management or closely partnering with data scientists.
• 2+ years working with AI, data analytics, or clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years communicating with stakeholders including clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and specs for DS, Eng, and Leadership.
• Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions across teams.
• Balance speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality in trade‑offs.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Work with clinicians to validate value and quantify impact.
• Define and track product performance metrics and ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead agile practices and guide a dedicated data science/engineer Scrum team.
