CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the creation, launch and maintenance of AI-powered analytics supporting Aetna clinicians. You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers and operations to translate clinical data into scalable AI/ML products.

You will define requirements, oversee go‑live timelines, track performance metrics and drive ROI, while aligning product roadmaps with clinical workflows and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles with data science collaboration.
• Experience partnering with ML engineers and data scientists.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive products through full lifecycle with QA focus.
• Experience delivering AI/analytics products in healthcare or related field.
• Ability to operate in a complex stakeholder environment and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs for DS/engineering teams.
• Clarify requirements, facilitate technical discussions, and support end users.
• Manage trade-offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines and align with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinicians to validate model results and determine business value.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics and ROI.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Follow Agile practices and lead a scrum team of data scientists and engineers.
