Job summary

Lyra Health in the United States is hiring a Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer to build scalable ML and generative AI platforms. You will own backend infrastructure, deploy and manage applications, and ship services exposing AI products to teams across Lyra.

The role requires 6+ years delivering production-grade software, strong Python expertise, experience with FastAPI, Docker/Kubernetes, and LLM tooling such as LangChain. Onsite options with potential remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering production-ready software.
• High-quality Python development experience.
• Experience with modern async Python web frameworks and data streaming.
• Proficiency with Docker and deploying to Kubernetes.
• Experience with vector and relational databases and LLM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build ML and generative AI platforms used across the company.
• Provide backend infrastructure for scalable, resilient solutions.
• Create services exposing ML/AI products.
• Deploy and manage applications in production.
• Code daily and mentor peers.
