Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI/DS/ML.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience in DevOps tools and Agile methodologies (Git, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps/AgentOps and ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from solution design through production deployment and optimization.
• Continuously improve processes by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI engineering initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, participate in daily sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
