Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the USCYBERCOM AI Enterprise team. You will design and integrate AI models, agents, and workflows that scale across an enterprise platform, influencing mission-critical cyber operations.

Your work includes governance, evaluation, and productionizing prototypes into secure capabilities. You will partner with data scientists and mission analysts to deliver production-grade AI for the command, while aligning with government security requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with extensive experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly.
• Advanced Python proficiency for AI/ML development.
• Experience building or integrating LLM/agent-based systems in production.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced mission environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded operations support and rapid prototyping for AI/ML tools in support of the customer.
• Design and integrate LLM/agent orchestration workflows.
• Tune model routing for cost, performance, and mission fit.
• Develop RAG pipelines and memory services for knowledge access.
• Implement Model Context Protocol-based tool-broker integrations.
• Evaluate and tune models and agent behaviors with automated pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and mission analysts to productionize AI capabilities.
• Implement AI governance guardrails and document architectures.
