Job summary

Parsons is seeking an AI Engineer to join a fast-paced team supporting the United States Cyber Command. You will build AI-powered applications, develop robust infrastructure, and advance model lifecycle practices in a security-focused, mission-driven environment.

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while adapting to evolving technologies and project priorities.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years with a BS or 10+ years with an MS in a related field.
• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance.
• Strong ML theory, model development, evaluation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents.
• Design and maintain AI infrastructure including model serving and vector DBs.
• Apply MLOps for model lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement.
