Job summary

Parsons seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer / Software Developer to help stand up USCYBERCOM’s AI Enterprise capability. You will write production-grade Python and APIs, running in AWS and Azure, powering enterprise AI services with real impact on national missions.

You will design cloud-based apps, develop APIs/microservices, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure while collaborating with AI/ML engineers. TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field with substantial experience (10+ or 8+ years respectively).
• Active TS/SCI clearance w/ Polygraph.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for production-grade apps.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Experience architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Extensive cloud experience (AWS, Azure) for software development.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded operations support and rapid prototyping for AI-enabled tools.
• Develop enterprise-grade Python code and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure).
• Build robust APIs and microservices for model gateway, tool broker, and knowledge services.
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
• Maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to streamline development.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of production AI apps.
• Document architecture and configurations; support security accreditation (RMF/ATO).
