Parsons is seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML capabilities within MSS Foundry for DoD missions. You will build agentic workflows, production-grade APIs, and MLOps pipelines to enable deployed models with monitoring and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with software and data engineers, apply responsible AI and data governance practices, and ensure security compliance in secure DoD environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Experience developing AI/ML APIs, services, or integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Databricks (MLflow/Workflows).
• Experience with production-grade AI/ML workflows.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 7 years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Design AI agentic workflows to automate classification, summarization, enrichment, and routing of lessons-learned information.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities within MSS Foundry applications and mission systems.
• Build robust APIs and services for interaction with Foundry, data platforms, and external systems.
• Leverage Databricks MLOps for model lifecycle management, orchestration, experimentation, and deployment.
• Develop automated processes for model validation, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Monitor production AI/ML systems and troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
