7Seventy Recruiting seeks a Senior ML Engineer (ML/AI) to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems powering production applications. You will build deep learning, classical ML, and Generative AI models, including LLMs, for predictive analytics and NLP, while enabling reliable ML infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years deploying ML/AI in production environments.
• Proficient Python for production-grade code.
• Experience building RAG solutions for AI-powered applications.
• Experience configuring vector databases.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Aufgaben

• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning, classical ML, and foundation models including LLMs.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and real-time/batch inference.
• Build production-ready ML systems integrating NLP and Generative AI into software apps.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend teams to integrate models with microservices for low latency and high availability.
• Architect scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, vectorization, and ingestion of large datasets.
• Establish rigorous model evaluation frameworks covering alignment, bias mitigation, guardrails, and reliability.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost using quantization/distillation.
• Bridge research and production software by designing scalable architectures for deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor engineers in ML engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions and influence the product roadmap.
