Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join the AI Center of Excellence in Minneapolis. You will design, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions, including GenAI and agentic AI, to support cross-functional teams across the organization.

This role focuses on scalable pipelines in cloud environments, collaboration with data scientists and product managers, and mentoring teams to enable enterprise AI adoption. It is a fully remote position targeting candidates in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI and RAG technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production-grade ML/AI models for a variety of business use cases.
• Build GenAI and agentic AI solutions to address domain-specific needs and automate workflows.
• Design, maintain and optimize end-to-end AI/ML pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent).
• Integrate cloud-native and third-party AI SaaS solutions to accelerate delivery.
• Mentor and collaborate with data scientists, architects and product teams across the organization.
