Collaboration.Ai is a mission-focused AI software company. You will build agentic systems and data pipelines behind NetworkOS capabilities, shipping production agents, observability layers, and robust ingestion pipelines to turn diverse data into searchable knowledge bases.

You’ll work remotely with a preference for candidates in the Twin Cities area, joining a small senior team delivering AI-native solutions for defense, healthcare, and regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML or data engineering.
• Production agent/LLM apps built and operated for real users using LLM APIs.
• Robust data pipelines for AI/ML workloads.
• LLM operations with evals and observability for production systems.
• Experience with vector databases or OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• Proficient in modern Python stack including FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
• US citizenship for DoD contracting and FedRAMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ship production agent systems powering AI-driven matching and data intelligence.
• Operationalize LLM quality with evals, Langfuse, and cost/latency tracking.
• Engineer robust data pipelines for AI workloads and knowledge bases.
• Own retrieval quality with hybrid search and reranking techniques.
• Build MCP tools and Agent Skills to speed development.
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers on AI integration and incident response.
