Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications in production environments. You will build RAG solutions, using embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval techniques, while maintaining model lifecycle governance.

The role requires 8+ years in AI/ML, with at least 4+ years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, plus experience with Databricks, SageMaker, MLflow, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Math/Statistics/ML
• 7+ years software development experience
• 4+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Strong experience building production-grade LLM or agentic AI apps

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered AI apps in production
• Build and optimize RAG solutions using embeddings and vector databases
• Develop, train, evaluate, monitor and maintain ML models across lifecycles
• Establish AI governance including guardrails, tracing, evaluations and retraining strategies
