Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer for an onsite 6+ month W2 contract in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered AI applications and RAG-based solutions in production environments.

You will work with Databricks, SageMaker, MLflow, and related tools to manage the model lifecycle, data architectures, and governance. Requires 5+ years in AI/ML and a Master’s degree; on-site work only; pay rate $55–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, machine learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Production-grade LLM or agentic AI applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable AI and ML solutions using cloud-native technologies and containerized environments.
• Utilize Databricks, SageMaker, MLflow for model development and lifecycle management.
• Design and manage data architectures using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
