Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Applications Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, deployment, and sustainment of advanced AI/ML and predictive analytics solutions supporting DoD logistics, in an AWS GovCloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML, predictive analytics, or data science solutions in production or mission-oriented environments.
• Strong software engineering background with Python or other modern languages used for production AI/ML development.
• Experience with cloud-native application development, preferably in AWS or AWS GovCloud environments.
• Ability to develop scalable APIs, services, dashboards, or application capabilities for operational users.
• Excellent documentation and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business, system, data, infrastructure, and application requirements and translate them into AI/ML solution designs.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain ML models and analytics platforms.
• Lead development of AI capabilities supporting logistics, security, and operational use cases.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, hosting architects, cybersecurity teams, and SMEs to prioritize and implement AI/ML use cases.
• Support AWS GovCloud implementation activities, including development, test, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and security artifacts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers, analysts, testers, and engineering team members.
