Job summary

ServiceNow’s Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is building intelligent software and AI-powered work experiences for 5k+ enterprise customers worldwide. This role focuses on delivering AI/ML solutions that transform user experiences and workflow efficiency across enterprise services.

You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to design, implement, and deploy high-quality AI-driven features, while leveraging the Observability stack and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or automating workflows.
• 7+ years of experience with Java or Python, OOP, design patterns, time- and space-efficient algorithms, and an Observability stack.
• Experience building new products that leverage high-performance algorithms.
• Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.

Responsibilities

• Build the best cloud-based AI/ML solutions to power intelligent enterprise services.
• Collaborate daily with a team of developers, product managers and quality engineers to produce quality software.
• Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, testing and delivery of high-quality solutions to our users.
