Job summary

Intelliforce-IT Solutions Group is seeking aSenior Systems Engineer to design, build, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML solutions across the full AI lifecycle. You will work on generative AI, agentic systems, ML, data science, and production software engineering.

You’ll collaborate with mission stakeholders to translate complex problems into practical technical solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and scalability of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of production software/AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop LLM-powered applications with tool calling, RAG, memory, orchestration, and multi-step workflows.
• Evaluate AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Develop ML models for prediction, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Prepare data for AI/ML applications and create evaluation frameworks.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML services in production.
