Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI solutions for a Manufacturing platform. You will build production-ready AI systems, develop multi-agent architectures, and operationalize AI capabilities that integrate into enterprise applications and conversational experiences.

In this role, you will deploy AI/ML solutions in production, build multi-agent orchestration, implement RAG architectures, and design LLM-powered applications with robust APIs.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI concepts.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building RAG-based solutions.
• Experience developing Multi-Agent Systems.
• Strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing).
• Prompt Engineering experience.
• Experience exposing AI models/services through APIs.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with Azure AI ecosystem.
• Experience with Agent Orchestration platforms.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing or Industrial Intelligence use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Build multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Design and optimize LLM-powered applications.
• Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to downstream applications.
• Partner with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deploy end-to-end solutions.
• Support prompt engineering and AI model optimization efforts.
