Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years building production-grade data platforms with Python/Java, SQL, Spark/PySpark, Databricks or equivalent.
• 3+ years designing batch, streaming, event-driven data solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• 2+ years delivering production Generative AI solutions including RAG and AI deployment.
• 2+ years practice in data quality, observability, metadata, lineage, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, agents, and modern AI frameworks.
• Build scalable full-stack apps with React, TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, Python, REST, and SQL.
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Enhance self-service analytics, reporting, and data exploration capabilities.
• Support quality, patient safety, benchmarking, insights, and workflow automation.
• Integrate apps with enterprise data platforms and cloud-native ecosystems.
