Qualifications

• 5+ years in the health insurance industry supporting HEDIS programs or healthcare data engineering.
• 5+ years with HEDIS concepts across Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial lines.
• 5+ years SQL databases in healthcare analytics environments.
• 3+ years cloud-based data engineering and large-scale data processing.
• 3+ years Agile/Kanban with CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support scalable cloud data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes, data transformations, and SQL-based healthcare analytics.
• Implement AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI capabilities to automate workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support HEDIS measures, regulatory compliance, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, auditors, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Investigate production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Apply CI/CD, code reviews, and QA processes across pipelines.
• Contribute to cloud migration and modernization efforts.
• Ensure data governance and security compliance.
• Monitor pipeline performance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship as a senior contributor.
