Job summary

Snowflake is seeking an AI Specialist within the Solution Engineering organization to partner with customers and technical decision makers to design and deploy AI/ML solutions on Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud. You will work across product, engineering, and field teams to ensure successful adoption and measurable business value.

You will lead POCs, publish technical collateral, and help scale Snowflake’s AI capabilities by creating demos, notebooks, and customer stories for the Americas region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Knowledge of RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning for enterprise AI use cases.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML libraries and data engineering tools.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/math or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI specialist for technical stakeholders and data scientists.
• Design and architect AI solutions on Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
• Drive POCs with account teams and customers, including executive readouts.
• Publish technical collateral and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Create customer-ready demos and training materials.
