Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI/ML Architect to design, build, and operationalize AI agents across cloud providers. You will prototype agentic workflows with the Anthropic Claude SDK and drive production-ready agents in regulated environments.

You will embed with clients to define use cases, scale agentic platforms, and ensure observability, bias controls, and responsible AI practices across the ML lifecycle. A hybrid travel‑heavy role is involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions in operations.
• Minimum 3 years experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI platforms and frameworks used by multiple AI solutions.
• Minimum 2 years experience in designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AI platforms and agentic orchestration tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
• If Associate Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Build LLM and agentic systems with function-calling and orchestration in production.
• Implement RAG patterns with vector databases and tune embeddings.
• Train and deploy ML models with major ML frameworks.
• Stand up custom agent frameworks across providers and design production architecture.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
