Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Senior Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms across public, private, and sovereign clouds. You will partner with clients to define AI strategy, architect reference solutions, and deliver agent frameworks leveraging GenAI, foundation models, knowledge engineering, and cloud-native AI services.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent and strong observability capabilities.
• 6+ years of experience with AI technologies across public cloud, open source, and third-party tooling.
• 4+ years designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, open-source), agent orchestration tools, and MLOps/LLMOps across ML/LLM lifecycle.
• Experience designing scalable agentic AI platforms and knowledge architectures for enterprise use.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade AI agent systems including retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, and observability.
• Lead architecture workshops with client and Accenture teams; define requirements and TCO for AI solutions.
• Evaluate and select technologies for full-stack AI platforms; build financial-viability models.
• Create architectural blueprints (multi-agent, AI security, governance, DevOps, knowledge layer).
• Design knowledge architectures (knowledge graphs, semantic layers) to enable AI agents at scale.
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and performance on public, private, and sovereign clouds.
• Develop reusable AI components, agents, and solution patterns for repeatable delivery.
• Stand up custom agent frameworks across providers; craft reference architectures for multiple engagements.
• Oversee AgentOps/LLMOps, AI Governance, AI Security, and Observability; drive MLOps pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems for performance, cost, reliability, and trust.
