Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Senior Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade AI agent platforms across public, private, and sovereign clouds. You will partner with clients to define AI strategy, architect reference solutions, and deliver agent frameworks leveraging GenAI and knowledge engineering.

The role covers end-to-end architecture, including agent orchestration, governance, security, LLMOps, observability, and scalable knowledge architectures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Python, Java, or equivalent with strong observability.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with AI technologies from cloud providers, open source, and third‑party tooling.
• Minimum of 4 years of designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on at least one major public cloud.
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with AI platforms (Claude, open-source) and agent orchestration tools.
• Design and implement scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms used across multiple solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate Degree, minimum 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade AI agent systems including retrieval, orchestration, governance, and observability.
• Lead architecture workshops with client and Accenture teams; define requirements and cost models.
• Evaluate and select technologies for full-stack AI platforms; build financial viability models.
• Create architectural blueprints (multi-agent, AI security, governance, DevOps, knowledge and data layers).
• Design knowledge architectures enabling enterprise-scale AI agents.
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and performance across clouds.
• Develop reusable AI components and agent frameworks across providers (Bedrock, Claude).
• Oversee AgentOps/LLMOps, AI Governance, AI Security, and Observability; drive MLOps pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems for cost, reliability, and trust.
