Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. The role combines manufacturing domain knowledge with data platforms, ontologies, and generative AI to deliver reusable assets that scale across pursuits.

You will guide senior teams, manage budgets, and ensure governance, quality, risk management, and adoption of AI capabilities across engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations.
8–10 years of experience in AI solution development and industrial data platforms.
Experience building manufacturing data platforms, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.
Experience designing RAG-based applications, AI copilots, or agentic workflows.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Set vision, roadmap, and quality standards for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
Lead Managers and multidisciplinary teams through architecture, build, testing, and release.
Translate priorities into AI use cases, requirements, data needs, and measurable outcomes.
Own solution governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, and compliance.
Design and industrialize data platforms and knowledge graphs for manufacturing.
