Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will guide cross‑functional teams to transform priority use cases into production-ready assets, establish governance, and drive value across pursuits and engagements.

You will mentor managers, engineers, and data professionals while shaping strategy, architecture, and reusable components that scale across client opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience spanning AI solution development, industrial data platforms, digital manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions, not just strategy.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG-based AI solutions, knowledge graphs, ontologies, or data models.
• Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, investment priorities for a portfolio of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept definition, architecture, build, testing, release, and adoption.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, data/model requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Own governance: architecture decisions, responsible AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, quality, risk, release readiness, and documentation.
• Design and industrialize data platforms and knowledge graphs spanning MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, and more.
• Lead the development of RAG/GraphRAG solutions and AI assistants, copilots, and workflows.
