Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, testing, and scaling of AI‑enabled manufacturing solutions. You will guide cross‑functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and solution leaders to create production‑oriented assets and reusable IP.

This senior, hands‑on role requires setting strategy, governance, and standards, while partnering with pursuit and delivery teams to drive adoption

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.
Experience designing or implementing RAG‑based applications, AI copilots, or intelligent search.
Ability to lead architecture, build, testing, and reusable solution packaging across manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

Set the vision, roadmap, investment priorities, and quality standards for a portfolio of AI‑enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
Lead managers and multidisciplinary teams through concept definition, architecture, build, testing, release and adoption while remaining hands‑on.
Translate manufacturing and supply chain priorities into AI use cases, requirements, data and model needs, and measurable outcomes.
