EY is seeking a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will guide teams across data platforms, ontologies, and knowledge graphs to deliver reusable assets and reference architectures.

You will partner with data engineers, AI engineers, and practitioners to turn priority use cases into production-ready solutions, while managing governance, risk, and adoption across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or master-level education related to engineering or data science.
• Minimum 5–7 years in AI/industrial data platforms or related fields.
• Experience building AI, data, and software solutions beyond strategy.
• Experience designing manufacturing data platforms and data pipelines.
• Experience implementing RAG-based apps, copilots, or intelligent workflows.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive internal solutions.

Responsabilités

• Set vision, roadmap, and standards for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept to deployment while remaining hands-on.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Govern architecture, responsible AI, security, and compliance.
• Design and industrialize manufacturing data platforms and knowledge graphs.
• Lead RAG/GraphRAG initiatives and AI copilots for operation optimization.
• Shape solutions for production, maintenance, quality, and energy domains.
