Job summary

EY seeks a Solution Senior Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to lead the design, build, test and scaling of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will shape strategy, drive reusable assets, and guide cross-disciplinary teams from concept to production readiness.

You will own governance, data platforms, and RAG/GraphRAG implementations, while collaborating with data engineers, AI engineers, architects, and pursuit teams to deliver high-value manufacturing use cases at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• No less than 5–7 years of relevant experience spanning AI solution development and industrial data platforms.
• Experience building working AI, data, analytics or software solutions.
• Experience with RAG-based applications and knowledge graphs.
• Ability to lead Managers and multidisciplinary teams through iterative solution development.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting pursuits and commercial decisions.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, investment priorities for AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through concept to production readiness with hands-on involvement.
• Translate priorities into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Own solution governance, security, data privacy, and compliance with standards.
• Design manufacturing data platforms connecting MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, and other systems.
• Develop reusable data models, ontologies, and knowledge graphs with governance.
• Shape AI assistants and workflows for predictive maintenance, production optimization, and more.
• Oversee integration and reusable connectors via APIs and data pipelines.
• Manage backlogs, roadmaps, resources, and releases; coordinate cross-functional contributors.
• Support technical sales with architecture, demos, and proofs of concept.
