Job summary

Shortcut is hiring a remote-first Product Engineer, central to building agentic, LLM-powered features. You will own full-stack development, designing scalable architectures and API layers that empower both human users and automated agents.

You bring 5+ years building SaaS apps, strong TS/JS, Node, Postgres, AWS experience, and a track record with LLM integration and eval tooling. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building SaaS web applications.
• Hands-on experience incorporating agents and LLMs into production.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node, Postgres, and AWS.
• Experience building with agentic coding tools.
• Ability to ship quickly and iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack web app development for SaaS products.
• Architect and implement customer-facing, LLM-based layers.
• Design APIs for human and agent consumption.
• Evaluate and iterate on models, prompts, and eval pipelines.
• Take turns as the on-call engineer.
