Job summary

TLDR is hiring for an Applied AI role focused on building agents, skills, and platform capabilities that improve every TLDR workflow. You will deploy end-to-end agents, write evaluation metrics, and define what good looks like for model-driven processes.

You will partner with the Applied AI PM to decide what to build and work directly with sales, revenue ops, editorial, and people ops to integrate LLMs where they add value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience including 2+ years building products and systems with LLMs
• At least one agent taken to production and still owned
• Fluent coding with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex

Responsibilities

• Own the build out of new agents, skills, and platform capability for teams across TLDR
• Build and deploy agents end to end from design through implementation, evals, and rollout to internal users
• Write the evals and specs that define what good looks like for workflow quality
• Partner with the Applied AI PM on what to build and make small product calls independently
• Work with sales, revenue ops, editorial, and people ops to find where an LLM belongs in their process
