Job summary

Prologis is scaling responsible AI across its business, and the Technical AI Lead for Leasing, Legal, and Document Generation/Administration will lead the technical strategy and delivery of AI‑enabled capabilities that improve critical business workflows.

This hands‑on leadership role partners with product teams, engineers, data teams, and technology partners to move opportunities from discovery and rapid prototyping through production deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical leadership or related enterprise technology disciplines.
• Experience designing and delivering generative AI solutions with LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, or document intelligence.
• Prototyping, evaluating, and troubleshooting AI solutions using Node, Python, SQL, APIs, JSON, and enterprise AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives end to end from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Frame high‑value AI opportunities with stakeholders and determine appropriate solution types.
• Define scalable AI architectures connecting LLMs, agents, retrieval + enterprise data and CRM systems.
• Design agentic AI workflows with secure data access, tool execution, and human oversight.
• Establish enterprise RAG and knowledge architecture for document ingestion and retrieval evaluation.
• Lead document intelligence solutions for lease abstraction, contract analysis, and related workflows.
• Coordinate delivery across engineers, vendors, and global teams and align dependencies.
