Job summary

Prologis seeks a Technical AI Lead for Leasing, Legal, and Document Generation/Administration to shape AI strategy and deliver end-to-end AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with product, engineering, data, and business leaders to move opportunities from discovery to production deployment.

You will implement generative AI, enterprise data integrations, and document intelligence across leasing and contract workflows, ensuring accuracy, security, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical leadership, software engineering, or related enterprise tech.
• Experience designing and delivering generative AI solutions with LLMs and RAG.
• Prototyping, evaluating, and troubleshooting AI using Node, Python, SQL and APIs.
• Designing agentic workflows with enterprise data, APIs, and orchestration.
• Experience moving AI solutions from prototype to production with governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives end to end from discovery to deployment.
• Frame high‑value AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Define scalable AI architectures integrating LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data.
• Design agentic workflows with secure data access and guardrails.
• Establish enterprise RAG and knowledge patterns for documents.
• Lead document intelligence solutions for leases, contracts, and related workflows.
• Coordinate delivery across engineers, vendors, and distributed teams.
