Prologis seeks a Technical AI Lead to direct leasing, legal and document generation AI initiatives. You will architect and deliver AI-enabled capabilities across enterprise data, Salesforce, APIs and CRMs, balancing technical rigor with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical leadership, software engineering or related enterprise tech.
• Experience designing and delivering generative AI solutions with LLMs and RAG.
• Prototype, evaluate, troubleshoot AI using Node, Python, SQL, APIs, JSON.
• Design agentic workflows with retrieval, orchestration and governance.
• Experience moving AI from prototype to production with governance and monitoring.
• Apply AI to unstructured enterprise documents like leases and contracts.
• Work with complex Salesforce/CRM environments and data integrations.
• Translate business processes into executable AI/tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives end to end from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Frame high‑value AI opportunities with stakeholders and determine solutions.
• Define scalable AI architectures linking LLMs, agents, retrieval, and data systems.
• Design agentic workflows with secure data access and human oversight.
• Establish enterprise RAG and knowledge patterns for documents and search.
• Lead document intelligence solutions for lease abstraction, contract analysis, and generation.
• Coordinate delivery across engineers, vendors, and onshore/offshore teams.
