Prologis is seeking a Technical AI Lead for Leasing, Legal, and Document Generation/Administration. You will drive the technical strategy and delivery of AI-enabled capabilities to improve core business workflows, partnering with product, engineering, data, and business teams to move opportunities from discovery through production deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical leadership, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or related enterprise tech.
• Experience designing and delivering generative AI solutions with LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, enterprise search, document intel, or workflow orchestration.
• Prototype, evaluate, and troubleshoot AI solutions using Node, Python, SQL, APIs, JSON, and modern AI tools.
• Design agentic workflows with retrieval, reasoning, tool/API execution, orchestration, state management, and guardrails.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI initiatives end to end from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities with business stakeholders and determine the right tech approach.
• Define scalable AI architectures connecting LLMs, agents, retrieval, data, CRM systems, and APIs.
• Design agentic AI workflows securely retrieving enterprise information and executing multi-step processes.
• Establish enterprise RAG and knowledge patterns for document ingestion, embeddings, and retrieval evaluation.
• Lead document intelligence solutions for lease abstraction, contract analysis, and related workflows.
• Coordinate delivery across engineers, vendors, and teams, setting standards and timelines.
