Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Software Engineer / Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications and platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and related technologies, and will guide products from architecture through production deployment.

You will design scalable AI-powered software, work with LLM APIs and open-source models, and build end-to-end data

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Python, APIs, cloud platforms, databases and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience taking AI solutions from architecture and proof-of-concept through production deployment and optimization.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and open-source models; ability to design scalable AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-powered software applications.
• Build and integrate LLM-based applications and AI agents.
• Develop production-grade RAG systems.
• Work with LLM APIs and open-source models.
• Design prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop AI agents capable of tool/function calling and multi-step workflows.
• Build APIs and backend services for AI applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
• Design scalable data pipelines for AI/ML applications.
• Implement vector search and semantic search solutions.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks for AI applications.
• Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Maintain security, privacy, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
