Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking a Senior AI Developer to design, build and operate production-grade agentic AI systems on AWS and Azure. You will transform business problems into reliable multi-step agent workflows using LLMs, tools and enterprise data.

You will own solutions from architecture and prototyping through deployment, evaluation and monitoring, setting engineering standards for AI development and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software engineering, 2+ years with LLM/GenAI in production.
• Strong Python skills; experience building APIs/services.
• Hands-on with agentic systems and modern frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic AI systems: single and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop LLM applications on AWS and Azure; select appropriate platform/model.
• Build RAG pipelines with data ingestion, embeddings and vector search.
• Integrate agents with internal systems and tools; ensure security and compliance.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for quality, safety and cost; add guardrails.
• Containerise and deploy with CI/CD and infrastructure as code; monitor performance.
• Mentor engineers; perform design and code reviews; document architecture and decisions.
• Collaborate with product, data teams, security and architecture to productionize use cases.
