Job summary

The role focuses on APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, Python, and collaboration with Azure services. You will troubleshoot issues, produce documentation, and work with cross‑functional teams to enable GenAI and AI agent workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software, integration, platform, or cloud engineering experience.
• Production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of security, authentication, access controls, and enterprise data protection.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build APIs, services, connectors, and reusable integration patterns for AI/agent workflows.
• Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, microservices, event‑driven architecture, and Python.
• Work with Azure, Azure Functions, API Management, AKS, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native technologies.
• Support GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI agent workflows.
• Integrate enterprise data sources such as Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and support incident resolution.
• Create technical documentation, test plans, runbooks, and operational readiness materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and business teams.
