Job summary

BlackCube Labs seeks a GenAI Engineer to design and build enterprise-scale, secure AI platforms supporting autonomous agents across multiple business domains. You’ll focus on orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and governance to enable standardized enterprise practices.

The role requires 8+ years experience, Angular frontend work, and a deep understanding of agent-based systems, observability, and security. Hybrid work from Edina, MN and Chicago, IL is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable, extensible AI platforms.
• Centralized gateway for AI model interactions, tools and security.
• Agent Harness Engineering and closed-loop evaluation.
• Reusable platform for multiple domains with standardized enterprise patterns.
• Designing agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Observability, resiliency, and governance focus.
• Frontend tech with Angular, HTML/CSS/JS/TS
• Familiarity with front-end tooling like Webpack
• Apply SOLID and Domain-Driven Design principles
• Maintain currency in tech trends and practices.

Responsibilities
