Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software/Integration/Platform/Cloud Eng.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Azure experience including Azure OpenAI, Functions, API Management, AKS, and DevOps.
• Experience with RAG, LLMs, Generative AI, agents.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
• Experience integrating Snowflake and Databricks.
• Kafka experience and event-driven integration patterns.
• Strong authentication, security controls, logging, monitoring, auditability, and production support.

Responsibilities

Chicago, IL | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Contract | $115–$123/hour W2

We’re hiring a Senior AI Systems Integration Engineer to support a major global financial services organization building its next generation of Digital Coworkers and agentic AI solutions.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on connecting AI agents, enterprise applications, APIs, workflows, data platforms, and knowledge repositories. You’ll help build the integration layer that enables AI‑powered digital coworkers to securely interact with enterprise systems and execute real business processes.

AI Systems Integration Engineer - What You’ll Do

• Design and build integrations between AI agents, enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and workflow platforms
• Develop reusable APIs, services, connectors, and integration patterns for agentic AI workflows
• Enable RAG / enterprise knowledge retrieval across structured and unstructured data
• Integrate platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, and other enterprise systems

AI Systems Integration Engineer - What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Software Engineering, Integration Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands‑on experience with REST APIs, microservices, API integrations, and event‑driven architecture
• Microsoft Azure experience, ideally including Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, API Management, AKS, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with RAG, LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, or agentic workflows
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience integrating enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Experience with Kafka and event‑driven integration patterns
• Strong understanding of authentication, security controls, logging, monitoring, auditability, and production support

AI Systems Integration Engineer - Highly Desirable
